January 2015

Went to Wicked at the Peace Center with the Jones and Laiewskis. 

Birthday was uneventful. Unless you consider turning freaking 35 eventful. 

January was spent prepping for 2 races in February. That's running 2-3 times a week with a long run on Saturday.  Beth really loved these. Even got a group run in with part of the Ragnar team.

With ramping up the distance I ended up with knee pain. Very frustrating.  It was mainly my left knee and I eventually saw a physical therapist.  More on that in February.
