While Gretchen in Camden, we decided to head up to Asheville to tour the Biltmore Estate. It was a beautiful day and we had a great time. Here are some of the pictures we took.

These are great pictures, and I am really jealous! I love the Biltmore Estate. I haven't been back though since freshman year in college. Sigh....
those *are* great pics! it still looks weird to me to see the front lawn area without the mature tulip poplars, but that was olmstead's plan. (to take them down and replace them all at once so they wouldn't be a mish-mash of sizes.)
